Optima Air Control Panel

Optima Air is a versatile pedal with a comprehensive control panel that allows you to fine-tune your sound to perfection. Here are some of the key features:

• Reverb: Adjust the One Knob Reverb effect control to tweak the Dry/Wet and Decay parameters. You can also turn it OFF by setting it to 0.
• IR Level: Control the simulated signal (Impulse Response file) LEVEL.
• Select (Push to Save): Choose the IR file in manual mode and save your customized preset by pushing the knob.
• Gain: Adjust the signal input Gain level.
• 3-Band EQ: Fine-tune your sound with Bass, Middle, and Treble frequency level adjustments.
• IR Footswitch: Engage/disengage the selected IR file in Manual Mode. Also, toggle the Acoustic guitar simulation ON/OFF.
• Preset Mode: Navigate through presets using the Bank UP/DOWN footswitches.
• Input/Output Jack: Connect your instruments and devices with 6.35mm (1/4-inch) jacks for input, output, and effect loop.
• Micro B USB Port: Connect the pedal to your computer for software updates and preset editing using Optima Air software.
• 3.5mm (1/8-inch) Auxiliary Input: Play along with music by connecting a music player.
• 3.5mm (1/8-inch) Headphones Output: Enjoy silent practicing or recording with headphone output.
• XLR DI Output: Directly connect to a mixer or PA system using XLR output.

Optima Air also features a powerful Impulse Response (IR) function and pre-amp:

• Impulse Response (IR) Function: Loaded with 15 IR files optimized for different guitar and pickup types. Activate/deactivate IR files with the footswitch.
• Pre-amp: Enhance your sound with a 3-band equalizer and NUX's white box algorithm for modeling.

Editor Software allows you to load 3rd party IRs, edit preset names, and adjust USB audio routing. Capture your guitar profile by following these steps:

• Run the pedal in capturing mode
• Press the IR footswitch and hold while plugging in the power cable
• Connect a condenser microphone for accurate results
• Connect the acoustic guitar, microphone, and microphone preamp to the Optima Air
• Follow the setup instructions to capture your guitar profile
