Kuppmen CFDR5A Carbon Fiber 5A Drum Rods

Kuppmen's 5A rods: seven carbon fiber rods bundled to about the size of a 5A stick. Rods give you a sound between brushes and sticks, good for acoustic sets, small rooms, and worship, and the usual problem with them is that wooden dowels start splintering and dropping out after a few weeks. Carbon fiber doesn't do that, and it gives a slightly cleaner attack than wood.
