Sennheiser EW-D CI1 Wireless Instrument Set (Q1-6 Band)

Part of Sennheiser's EW-D digital wireless family, the successor to the evolution G4: instrument set: bodypack transmitter with the CI 1 guitar/bass cable and a half-rack receiver. Digital transmission means no compander artifacts and no static bursts, with a flat dynamic range wide enough that hot sources don't clip the transmitter. Setup runs from the Smart Assist phone app, which scans the Q1-6 band, picks clean frequencies, and syncs everything; the equidistant channel grid lets up to 90 channels run together without intermodulation planning. The digital dynamic range matters here: an active bass or hot humbucker doesn't clip the pack, a clean single-coil doesn't hiss.
