Sennheiser EW-D 835-S Wireless Handheld Vocal Set, R1-6 Band

Part of Sennheiser's EW-D digital wireless family, the successor to the evolution G4: vocal set: handheld transmitter with the e 835 cardioid capsule and mute switch, plus a half-rack receiver. Digital transmission means no compander artifacts and no static bursts, with a flat dynamic range wide enough that hot sources don't clip the transmitter. Setup runs from the Smart Assist phone app, which scans the R1-6 band, picks clean frequencies, and syncs everything; the equidistant channel grid lets up to 90 channels run together without intermodulation planning. Same package as the Q-band 835-S set, in the R1-6 frequency range.
