The Earth 60 is Cort's solid-top dreadnought at a working price, and the CE is the cutaway with a pickup, here in natural gloss. A solid spruce top opens up with playing the way a laminate never does, the dreadnought body gives the big low end for strumming, and the cutaway gets you to the top frets. Plug it in and it goes to a PA. Dovetail neck joint.
