Ceramic Jug Drum 12"x14"

A ceramic jug drum measuring 12 inches in height and 14 inches in diameter, commonly used in South Indian classical Carnatic music. This drum has a top hole circumference of 4.5 inches and comes with a rest cushion and soft case. It is taller and wider than the Matka or Jug Drum, providing a unique sound when played by rapping on the outside. Please note that each drum is individually handcrafted, leading to innate defects such as pitting, surface cracks, and unsymmetrical shapes. All Ghatams are sold as is, with a soft case and cushion included.
