A Tempo Percussion Cajon, Brown (CJ-CLASS-01)

The traditional sound of the Peruvian Cajón that has been foundational to the music of Peru since the 19th century--characteristically deep, defined bass and no snare wires. The tapa is partially sealed and offers the round, mellow tones that have characterized the “Cajón Peruano” for generations. The body of this cajon is made from select pieces of solid Mohena dried to a precise 8 percent moisture level and then joined with sturdy dovetail joints. It features a multi-ply Spanish Cedar playing surface and a resonant side made from a Lupuna plywood. Free gig bag included!
